Alder Room operates on a ticketing system. We do not take reservations. Dining tickets are purchased online through our website (alderroom.tocktix.com). We sell tickets for parties of 1-12 guests, please call to inquire about larger parties. If you do not see available tickets or your desired party size, it means we are currently sold out.
Currently, the menu ticket price is $140. Ticket price includes gratuity. Please note that the price may vary throughout the season due to ingredients and availability.
Please be aware that you will have 10 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.
We are open from Wednesday to Saturday, with the seating time being 7:00pm.
At Alder Room, your ticket will include your tasting menu, currently priced at $140 including gratuity, along with optional wine pairing ($70), non-alcoholic pairing ($50), or mixed pairing ($60). Tickets do not include supplements or individual drinks purchased at the time of your meal.
Alder Room is a small and intimate space, with only 12-seats, where communication and interaction are extremely important. By selling tickets rather than your traditional reservation, this allows us to put the time and energy into creating and executing the best experience possible at the best price.
At Alder Room, we want to create a hassle free and seamless experience for you, our guests, while including the gratuity into our price, the price you see is the price you get.
No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your tickets to someone else. Though we do make exceptions under special circumstances, please email or call if you have any issues.
Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.
To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Tickets". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it.
No, if you would prefer to decide your drinks the day of, you may pay at the time of purchase.
